Positive: A very positive surprise regarding check-out. I think most of the negative reviews are related to not reading the rules.

Negative: Welcoming guest could have been done in much more pleasant way, despite the subsequent pleasantries it left a bad taste. As for the cleanliness the bed covers, decorative pillows and sofa cover definitely not washed after each guest. It’s simply unhygienic and lowers the standard of the apartament.
